Are you a School Administrator? You will need to select the school first. Click here to learn how.

- Under New, click Student.
- The first tab shown is the Personal Information. Educators are required to fill out fields marked with an asterisk, additional fields are optional and can be filled out at a later date. Although not required, we highly encourage the student's name be filled in as well.
- Select the solution(s) that the student is to have access to, located on the right side of the window.
- Click the Subjects tab at the top of the screen to navigate to the next step. Subject level access defaults to the grade level the student has been designated on the personal information page. Hybridge students who have not been assigned any assignments will be in “explore mode” and have access to content in “free movement” for their grade level and one grade below and one above. When a Hybridge Solutions user does not have any assigned assignments, s/he will be given material that is selected here. Pathblazer users, this page has no impact on the content a student sees. The default grade level will already be chosen, but additional selections can be made if desired.
Pathblazer students will not be in explore mode because they automatically receive the screener which assigns content. If the screener is turned off, then the information in the box applies. Pathblazer students will have access to the subjects they are licensed for (Reading and/or Math) according to the grade level specified on the "Personal Information" tab of their Student Profile" page. For example, a student who is listed as a third grader and is licensed for Pathblazer Math K-5 will have access to the Math subject at grade levels 2, 3, 4. Settings on the "Subjects" tab within the "Student Profile" page do not apply to Pathblazer students.
- Click Save.
